Introduction: A Busy Summer for Haihui’s Project Teams

Mid-summer construction is in full swing. Across Haihui Environmental’s key project sites, machines are running and welding sparks are flying. From water treatment plants to ultra-low emission retrofits, from intelligent conveyor equipment manufacturing to overseas order fulfillment, each project team is working hard to meet deadlines and keep construction on schedule.

Part 1: Dezhou Chemical Park Wastewater Treatment Project

Project Overview

The large-scale chemical park wastewater treatment project in Dezhou, Shandong, continues to accelerate. This is a core infrastructure project supporting green and low-carbon development in the chemical park. The site covers approximately 76 mu (about 5 hectares). Major water treatment structures have now taken shape, with over 80% of key equipment already installed.

Current Progress

Equipment installed includes:

• Scraper bridges
• Mixers
• Pumps

More than 1,000 units of process equipment—including high-efficiency sedimentation tank mixers and ozone generators—are being put in place. Installation and commissioning of the ultrafiltration reverse osmosis and membrane concentration units are proceeding in an orderly manner.

Project Significance

Once completed, this project will enable efficient co-treatment of high-salt and low-salt wastewater. It will significantly improve the region’s centralized wastewater treatment capacity and help protect the water environment of the Hai River Basin. It will also support green production and emission compliance for enterprises in the park.

Part 2: Linyi Steel Plant Dust Removal Upgrade Project

Project Background

A major steel plant in Linyi, Shandong, is undergoing a green upgrade. This dust removal project is a core part of the plant’s ultra-low emission retrofit. The project focuses on three key dust-generating areas: the coal silos, the ore troughs, and the iron casting area.

Progress by Area

Project Significance

When fully operational, this project will provide precise dust control across the entire steel production process. It will support the plant’s green and low-carbon transformation efforts.

Part 3: Jining Paper Industry Intelligent Conveyor Project

Project Overview

At two major paper industry bases in Jining—Yandian and Zoucheng—construction of 45 intelligent conveyor systems is entering its final phase.

Construction Management

The site technical team has developed a detailed construction plan. Critical steps such as equipment positioning and track laying are scheduled down to the hour. Workers are on shift rotations, working precisely together to ensure seamless coordination.

Current Progress

Overall project progress has reached 75%. Installation work is moving forward on schedule, and the system will soon enter the integrated commissioning phase.

Part 4: Beihai and Tianjin Belt Conveyor Projects

Project Overview

In Beihai and Tianjin, belt conveyor projects for a major paper company are progressing in parallel. Construction of 34 belt conveyors at the Tianjin site and 38 at the Beihai site is underway simultaneously.

Beihai Site

At the Beihai site, all work areas are operating efficiently. Construction crews have fully mobilized and are carrying out equipment installation.

Tianjin Site

At the Tianjin site, main structural drawings have been finalized. The workshop is running at full capacity for equipment manufacturing to build up inventory for subsequent on-site installation, ensuring the overall project timeline is met.

Part 5: Jiangsu Ultra-Low Emission Desulfurization and Dust Removal Project

Project Progress

In Jiangsu, the ultra-low emission desulfurization and dust removal package project has reached a milestone. Overall installation progress has now reached 50%.

A major lifting operation for the large dust removal equipment was completed successfully. This removed a key construction bottleneck, avoiding safety risks and schedule pressure from high-altitude assembly work. This lays a solid foundation for filter bag installation, piping connections, system commissioning, and project completion.

Technical Features

The project uses an advanced integrated dust removal and desulfurization process. After the retrofit, the system will support online filter bag replacement. Dust emission concentration can be reduced to 1 mg/Nm³, helping the owner achieve ultra-low emission compliance.

Part 6: Rizhao and Other Projects

Rizhao Project

In Rizhao, construction of dust removal equipment is progressing steadily. Overall progress has reached 38%. Box welding is currently underway in different zones, and prefabrication of supporting pipelines is also being accelerated.

Other Domestic Projects

Several other projects—including those in Yantai, Tianjin, and Yunnan—are also moving forward steadily. Construction teams are fully committed to meeting every milestone on time.

Part 7: Overseas Projects

International Order Fulfillment

In overseas markets, equipment supply and technical service orders in Australia, Germany, and Canada have entered critical fulfillment stages.
