Fly ash gasification explosion-proof belt conveyor project
For this project, the belt conveyor operates in a dusty, flammable, and explosive environment for pulverized coal gasification. All electrical components are dust explosion-proof. The conveyor belt is fitted with imported electronic belt scales, and additional sealing has been installed at both unloading and receiving points.

Belt conveyor project for coke bin feeding system in ironmaking plant
This project applies to the coke bin feeding system in an ironmaking plant. The operating environment requires dust explosion protection. Materials conveyed include pellets, lump ores, coke, and coal, which vary significantly in particle size and cause uneven wear. To address these material characteristics and the feeding system layout, our company has custom designed and produced receiving and unloading equipment tailored for each material type.

Russia's vostok port phase III coal transportation project - belt conveyor, bag dust collector and supporting steel structure export project
This project is implemented at Vostok Port in the Russian Far East. It is designed to accept coal delivered by rail and then move it via a belt conveyor system to the port for loading onto large bulk carriers. With this dependable conveying system, the port achieves a loading rate of 3,000 tons per hour and handles about 6 million tons of coal annually.

130t/h biomass boiler cyclone+bag filter steel slag treatment and dust removal project
This project follows the special emission limits for air pollutants to meet flue gas purification standards. Primary and secondary smoke collected during operations must be treated to comply with national environmental emission requirements after dust removal. The designed emission concentration is ≤ 5 mg/Nm³. The project covers dust collection at multiple sources, including steel ladle lining removal, intermediate ladle tilting, air quenching, slag treatment, the slag box area, and the cutting area. A complete set of dust collectors will be installed accordingly.

Indian customer 3.8KM limestone transportation project - belt conveyor, rollers, rollers, roller brackets
Haihui supplied and installed a 3.8 km limestone conveying system for an Indian client, consisting of belt conveyors, idlers, pulleys, roller brackets, and related components. Known for their high capacity, low operating cost, straightforward design, convenient upkeep, and wide applicability, Haihui belt conveyors have earned strong customer satisfaction and recognition.

2,200-ton Kia mexican automobile assembly plant steel structure project
Haihui took on the steel structure project for Kia’s automobile assembly plant in Mexico, with a total output exceeding 30 million tons. Despite the large order size and tight delivery deadline, all departments collaborated closely: the engineering team put in extra hours, and production adjusted quickly to maintain momentum. 2,400-ton Ford automobile assembly plant and body steel structure project in India
Ford Motor Company’s vehicle manufacturing facility in India covers stamping, body welding, painting, and final assembly, representing an investment of over one billion US dollars. Haihui provided interior steel structures—including door lines, tire lines, and chassis lines—for the final assembly and body welding workshops. Although the product range was broad, quantities large, quality and appearance standards demanding, and production processes challenging, our engineering and production teams worked closely together to deliver the project as scheduled. This achievement received high praise from the customer and established a solid basis for future collaboration.
